Yoga at work

It has been scientifically proved that practicing yoga at work place helps to reduce stress and back pain. Employees gain in productivity, sick leaves drop considerably and chances of burn out are highly reduced. 

Employers are now more sensitive and organise sport group activities to invite people to stay active and fit, also during working hours. On their side, employees have the right to ask for a regular sport activity at their work place. 

Practicing yoga or other sports with our own colleagues can be a team building activity. It helps people to talk more and have an exchange during lunch break. 

Burnout prevention is the duty of every employer

Stress and burnout have been included in the Belgian Well-Being Act since 1 September 2014, with the main emphasis being on prevention rather than remediation.
