Postnatal yoga

From 6-8 weeks after birth new moms are welcome to join the classes with their babies!

The practice will focus on pelvic floor work and rebuilding strength and tone in a safe way, while releasing tension and stress.

Women will have the chance to meet other moms, share their experiences and find support. 

The whole practice can be done with the baby, this helps to strengthen the spiritual, emotional, and physical bond between parent and child.
